Gen 1 & 2 Auto Tensioner

JKF Americas’s Patented Axial damping Gen 1 Auto tensioner and Patented Gen 2 Axial and Radial damping combo can be tuned to achieve specific damping for a particular application based on Crank AV’s.  Our belt tensioners will provide multiple options for system pivot and damping control based on layout and customer requirements.

Over Running Alternator Pulley (OAP’s)

OAP’s are becoming increasingly popular on many late model vehicles due to increased alternator loads and engine torsional fluctuations. JKF OAP alleviates the harmful effects of torsional vibration on accessory belt drive system and dampens the vibration during engine deceleration.
