Experience : 3 to 5 Years

We are looking for a male candidate with B.E. (Mechanical/Mechatronics) or B.Tech (Rubber) with 3-5 years of experience in the age band 25 to 30 years to work in shifts. Preferably from reputed Rubber Industry / Auto-component manufacturing industry. Experience in Hose Manufacturing will be an added advantage

• To ensure production activities carried out as per schedule
• Ensure that all necessary Quality systems and procedures are in place to satisfy all customer requirements
• Ensure that all in-house systems and procedures are met
• Train others in all aspects of the quality system and application of procedures
• Report against agreed quality metrics on a monthly basis
• Perform root cause analysis & resolve problems
• Develop, implement & manage KPIs for each area of responsibility
• Ensure KPIs are met by working to the overall plan, including management reporting
• Ensure that the function operates in accordance with any health, safety and environmental policies and procedures
• Conduct risk assessments of processes and tasks in the dept.
• Implementing 1S and 2S in the shop floor
• Effective Utilization of Men ,Machine and to improve the efficiency.

Technical Skills Required:

• Knowledge in Rubber Mixing
• Knowledge in 5 S
• Awareness on TPM, SAP, Quality Standard TS / OHSAS / EMS
• Awareness on SAP , TPM, DIGITILIZATION ,
• Automation
• Knowledge in Excel & Power point presentation skills

Other Skills:

• Strong Inter-personal skills
• Multi-tasking ability
• Good communication skill in written & oral in Tamil and English. Knowing Hindi will be an added advantage

He should be an extrovert with thrust for continuous learning, preferably from down south.
