JKF Americas Inc was incorporated in 2020 as a fully owned subsidiary of JK Fenner (India) Ltd., headquartered in Chennai, Tamil Nadu India. JKF Americas’ headquarters is in Holmdel N.J., USA and has a warehouse in Charleston, South Carolina (Ladson). The company is focused on sales, marketing and distribution of its TOP DRIVE branded products for the automotive and industrial market segments across North, Central, and South American region.
Design, development & manufacturing support come from its parent company, JK Fenner (India) Ltd. With more than 65 years of experience in the power transmission business across Industrial, Automotive and Agriculture sectors. We provide customers with product solutions that come at a great overall value proposition.
Over several decades, JK Fenner products have stood the test of time for performance, reliability, efficiency and cost competitiveness, resulting in Customer satisfaction. History of over 100 years
J.K. Fenner is a pioneer in Mechanical Power Transmission products in India. In 1929, we started our Indian operations as a trading company. We were incorporated in 1955 as a subsidiary of Fenner International, UK under the name Fenner Cockill Limited.
Our first plant was set up at Madurai, the “Temple City,” in Tamil Nadu. Later in 1975, the company’s name was changed to Fenner (India).
In 1987 JKF Americas became a strategic investor in Fenner Cockill Limited and ultimately acquired company in the year 2004, Fenner India became a member of the JK Organisation, and the company was again rebranded to J.K. Fenner (India) Ltd in 2013.
JK Organisation is one of the largest Industrial Groups in India with extremely diversified manufacturing activities, such as Automobile Tyres & Tubes, Cement, Cotton, Woollen and Jute Textiles, Agrochemicals, Hybrid Seeds, Power Transmission – Industrial & Automotive V-Belts, Oil Seals, Petrochemicals, Drugs & Pharmaceuticals, Paper, etc.
